By downloading or using the noxtis editor, or by using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use noxtis.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age required for digital services in your country) to use noxtis. To purchase credits you must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the noxtis editor, free of charge, for any lawful purpose — including commercial work. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the editor itself, or misrepresent it as your own product.

Your code is yours. We claim no rights over anything you create, edit, or generate with noxtis.

Hosted AI models are paid for with account credits on a pay-as-you-go basis — there is no subscription and no recurring charge.

You top up credits in whole-dollar amounts, and what you pay is added to your account balance. Credits are a balance, not an allowance — they roll over indefinitely and do not expire while your account is in good standing. Model usage is billed from your balance at the per-token rates shown in the app, which differ per model and include our operating margin.

Top-ups are one-time purchases, not recurring charges. Credits are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable, except where the law requires otherwise. Statutory refund rights (for example the EU 14-day withdrawal right) are unaffected.

Don't use noxtis to break the law, to infringe others' rights, or to attack systems you aren't authorized to test. Don't abuse hosted model access: no reselling or proxying your model access to third parties, no attempts to bypass metering, rate limits, or safety systems. We may suspend accounts that do.

AI-generated content can be wrong, insecure, or unsuitable. It is provided as-is, you are responsible for reviewing anything you use or ship, and noxtis executes commands and edits files only as directed by you and the tools you invoke. Model providers' own terms may also apply to hosted model usage.

noxtis is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind — express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost data, lost profits, or damaged codebases), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using noxtis at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to hosted services for breach of these terms, with notice where practicable. The free editor keeps working regardless.

We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be announced before they take effect, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance. Questions: contact@noxtis.app.
